Soaring to Greater Heights
of Service and Sisterhood
Welcome & Greetings!
Welcome to the website of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® Tau Gamma Omega Chapter. Since our chartering in 1991, the ladies of Tau Gamma Omega have remained devoted to the purposes and ideals that are the foundational principles of our beloved Sorority.
Annually, we plan and implement meaningful programs that align with the international program targets. Under the leadership of our 2022 – 2026 International President, Danette Anthony Reed, we are Soaring to Greater Heights of Service and Sisterhood on the west side of Chicago and near-western suburbs. Our programs of service make an impact in the areas of strengthening our sisterhood, empowering our families, building our economic wealth, enhancing our environment, advocating for social justice, and uplifting our local community.
Tau Gamma Omega remains committed to the ideals of sisterhood, scholarship, and service. We are delighted you have chosen to learn more about our chapter. Thank you for taking the time to visit our website and learn more about us! Follow us on social media and stay connected.
Yours in Excellence,
Bertha J. Kyles
